The location and ambiance.

We booked the Grandeur just for the Jacuzzi facility in the room. The water in the Jacuzzi was damn cold and when we checked with the staff they said that Jacuzzi will never come with hot water. We would have booked regular suite & saved couple thousands

Room rent too expensive and not worth the facility provided, Suite rooms are near the ammusment park and too noisy, power flux not managed properly, AC not working most of the time.Rooms service takes lot of time.

Room tariff should be more reasonable during ordinary days So that We can avail lean season repeatedly

Location of resort

Room was not ready by the time I arrived , had to wait for 40 mins after arrival despite mentioning the arrival time while booking .Lot of cost cutting in room service in toiletries and complements like chocolates that was available last year

The Swimming Pool and the overall campus of the property is very good. Looks and feels good. The life guards always monitoring and assisting the people who use the pool which is nice considering kids and ladies uses pool.

Well except the Swimming Pool and the Life Guard facilities literally nothing was good. First of all the rooms are not at all worth the price. AC is not at all working in all 2 rooms we took. Also if it works onetime it won’t work another time if we turn it off and on again. Rooms looked old and giving bad odour. Beds not at all comfortable.Manager is saying it is 30 years old property when we ask about the poor quality of rooms. Learn one thing it’s a property not a vehicle. When you maintain it properly nothing will look like 30 years old.Breakfast is not good. They have some varieties but nothing extraordinary. Tastes quite average.Overall it’s a big scam. We paid almost 13K+ per room. We paid 26K+ overall for the whole stay. Nothing was impressive except the good time we had with the pool. Nothing is upto 4 stars standard. Even Oyo rooms feel better in standard and cleanliness compared to this. I won’t recommend it for anyone in future TBH. Please upgrade the standards of the rooms to 4 stars and please throw away all the 30 years old AC and put a new one.

old property. rooms has rusty smell.checkout at 11 am. horrible if you check in at 2 pm . . how it is justified. no sandy beach only rocky ones .

food is good .. only buffet dining. though .

Food at the restaurant was very good.Beautiful and scenic outside area. Nice to walk around.

Toilet facility inside our both rooms were horrible. Always getting blocked.after every flush. Couldn't handle toilet papers. It was a frustrating experience.

Arrogant reception, no beach access, room delayed by 1 hr, WiFi not working, restaurant only buffet of 2000+taxes per pax else have it in room only, we didn't find worth spending approx 20k per family.Morning breakfast people pulling each other chairs escalating to argument and fight. As small size sea crest restro and many people to use for morning breakfast Z.

Smelly rooms, bad service, waiters not aware of what they are serving.

Ac did not work in the middle of the night. Our room smelled like there was smoke or something was burning and their solution was to provide a room freshner. The staff in the reception did not even have a fan during this hot summer. The management does not really care about their employees. The restaurant was another disaster. The waiters don’t know what they are serving not even the ingredients. Just playing and laughing instead of taking orders. Infact taking wrong orders. The spa is good but the rooms and service was really bad.

AMBIENCE WAS GOOD, food was good.

We faced water scarcity on our last day on the sea view villa. Had to dial in multiple times to housekeeping to get it rectified. Eventually they provided another room before the check out just to get freshen up. I felt they could have handled better in situations like this so that we as a customers who traveled from outside state just to stay here.

My stay was brief but I loved it! My chalet was comfortable and peaceful. Dinner (a European choice) was really excellent, but since it's absolutely freshly cooked, it takes time. Enjoy a gin and tonic and the sunset while you wait! Breakfast excellent. Even better after a few laps in the lovely pool. Get up early and watch the sun rise!

The WiFi (in my room and in the bar / restaurant area) was horrible. 3 out of 10 at most. The management needs to SORT THIS OUT.
